There are literally hundreds of strategies for (legally) avoiding excessive taxation, but we gotta start at the top with the first sure fire way.
Employment vs Self-Employed
I remember it like it was yesterday…
I was so excited before I would get my check, (I had worked a ton of “over-time”.)
Then once that over-time check was in my hand, a whole rush of disappointment and RAGE ran through my veins…
EVERY TIME I got my check.
They had taken all the income taxes out, and I didn’t have any say in the matter. I hated that feeling of being ripped off every 2 weeks.
Why does it feel next to impossible to really get ahead?
Why didn’t anybody tell me what I’m about to show you now?
It’s Called The W-2 Form
My mentors say it stands for: “WARNING, TWICE – find your way out of the nightmare at all costs!”
So if you have a regular job, I’d like to invite you to have your feathers (gently) ruffled, because someone should have revealed this to you a long time ago.
I Was Absolutely Stuck
…in the worst tax category possible, and every paycheck, you’re being penalized for being an employee. I know because I’ve been there.
Business owners get to “write off” their expenses – their “costs” of doing business. America runs on small business so they get all the tax breaks!
It’s the business owners that make the money flow and create more jobs, so they get the TAX BREAKS!
Employees don’t create jobs so you have absolutely no tax benefits, and you will never create wealth without getting your taxes down to a legal minimum.

The 7 Phases To 7-Figure Freedom-preneurship
I’ll never forget it…
I was making ridiculous amounts of money and it may have looked like “success” to everyone else, but I hadn’t gone on a real vacation for over 7 years…
I regret that I had missed a lot of really important “firsts” in my first 2 kids’ lives because I was “chasin’ that paper”.
Finally I took the time to go to a seminar and learn some Hard Love Truth… (so I’ll gift it to you now.)
If you pay attention, the wealthiest people are always trying to explain in their books…
They said, “Most people think they are ‘free’… (especially because they live in a land of ‘freedom and opportunity’)…. but in reality they are deep asleep in slavery.”
The more I listened, the more uncomfortable I was getting. I couldn’t take it. I hated that thought of being one of the sheep…
I was one of them… “A busy business owner chasing money”.
So in this article. I’m talking about absolute freedom – like, next level entrepreneurship…

Clarity is POWER
If you’re serious about real entrepreneurial freedom, there are 2 honest questions you must ask yourself that require honest answers:
If you stop working/managing in your current job/business, do you stop getting paid?

Do you spend more time on BBQs, ball games, Social Media scrolling and planning Christmas gifts for other people than you do actively planning your own escape to freedom?
If the answer to #1 is “yes”, then you’re (still) working for what is known as “linear income“.
Linear, or “active” income means that you actively have to work to get the money. There is only one person responsible for your income, and that’s you, so you can not ever stop working.
And if you absolutely can not stop working, then you’re a slave to money aren’t you?
He continued to press on my worst fear.
“If you are a slave to money, then you are not free“.
Freedompreneurs have a stronger WHY
There’s a saying: “If you fail to plan, you plan to FAIL.”
In other words, if you don’t have a strategic and proven plan of action for absolute freedom, what are your chances of getting free?
I started to get it… CLARITY is POWER.
So here ya go…
7 Phases To 7-Figure Freedompreneurship
1. The Right Business Vehicle
In today’s world, there are a million different “opportunities” out there that claim “freedom”, however most of them are all hype or just plain hokey.

So how do you know which is right for you? This will help you get ultra clarity :

First, I had to start with the end in mind. If your goal is absolute freedom, then it must be the kind of business that, (once it’s built sustainable), will work for you and pay you for life, even if you decide to retire or walk away.

Is there even such a thing?
Yes. If you do the research.
And this automatically weeds out most traditional (and non-traditional) businesses because of example like:

– If you own your own small business, you’ve already experienced that nobody cares about your business like you do, so you can’t ever be fully away or it falls apart. Or you unless you sell it, but then the money stops.
– Even if you have a non-traditional/online business, yes it can work for you 24-7, but if you stop selling or generating traffic, the money stops coming in.

– Even if you have a few franchise businesses, (employees and a system), you still have to run around making sure your employees aren’t stealing from you.

*(I know an owner of 14 Subway Sandwiches businesses and he shared that all his time is consumed driving around to all the stores making sure the 20-year old employees aren’t making sandwiches for all their friends.

…BUT THEY STILL DO IT as soon as HE’S NOT THERE.)

– Etc…

So when I started looking around doing my due diligence, I looked for the people who had the exact “financial freedom” lifestyle I wanted.

I asked everyone a ton of questions, found some mentors and took a lot of notes. Being open-minded was key when other people approached me with “opportunities”.

I always tell people to do tons of due diligence before hopping into any business, because it’s like marriage – it’s a commitment!
The point is, most businesses DO NOT have a system and structure that can set you FREE.
Then, there are other important factors like :

What could you be passionate about? How much time do you have available to build something on the side? What’s your budget? What much are you willing to grow personally?

Does it have a PROVEN step-by-step system that OTHER people can duplicate, even when you’re not there?

Does it have a support system? Coaching, training, mentorship?
If it checks these boxes, boom, you’re in.

Which leads me to…

2. Mentorship/A Mentor
I’m gonna make this one short and clear.

How many business ideas come with a mentor? How can you get one?

This is one of the most important factors because it’s like learning how to ride a bike without someone helping you.

Imagine being young again, but you had nobody to teach you or be there with you to help you learn to ride a bike.

Even if you were motivated enough to read a book or watch a course on riding a bike, how difficult would it be, and HOW MUCH LONGER would it take to learn.

Most people do not understand how important this is, (which is why 90% of all businesses fail in their first 5 years, and 50% of those business who DO make it to 5 years fails within the next 5 years.)

So you need a coach/trainer/mentor to help your odds and 100x your learning curve! It literally cuts your learning curve from 40 or 50 years to under 10 years!

Here’s the absolute answer:

Look for the person who has the results you’re looking for, and reach out to build a relationship and ask them.

Plain and simple. : )

3. The Right Target Market
This is where most people get it backwards. Most people accidentally think that if the product is good, then it “sells itself” and everyone is a prospect!

Then they try to go sell it and put in WAY too much hard work, because NO, not everyone is your perfect prospect!

You could have the best coffee in the world, but if you’re putting your coffee in front of a bunch of Mormons, (or putting your cheeseburgers in front of a bunch of vegetarians), you will sell nothing.

So, every business has a target market – the exact type of person/customer they want to attract and help.

You will need to know who that is, so you can find the specific group of people who are ACTIVELY seeking out solutions that your product can help with.

What are their problems, challenges, fears? What do they wake up thinking about? Where do they hang out?

CRITICAL : These are NOT the people who you have to convince.

These are people who are AWARE of their problem and proven interested and ready to buy in that specific area!
4. Deploy An Organic (Good Look) Strategy On Social Platforms
I see most people accidentally blow it here, then quickly give up because they didn’t invest the time to learn how to leverage with Social Media!

Over-excited business owners go right in with way too much “selling” on their personal profile.

They try to promote their product or business in their bio, on their profiles and in the feed, spamming the same thing on every platform!

Instead of all the spam and selling, you can position yourself with a classy branding look by ADDING VALUE to people’s lives – sharing valuable info, tips, tools and education!

Instead of getting people in the pattern of “Geez what’s she gonna try to sell me today?”, you can brand yourself in a classy way that attracts the right customers and clients who are excited to hear from you!

If you’re new to Social Media, stick to platforms you’re familiar with at first, maybe Facebook and Instagram.

Then, ideally you’re making friends with – (building a community of) – people just like you, because you’ll have a better idea of how to attract, influence and enroll them into perfect solutions!

I see a lot of sales reps and coaches who are “chasing” every single prospect with messages instead of learning the skills to ATTRACT with style!

“Attraction Marketing” is most definitely the better look!
5. Deploy Automation To Scale Your Business And Minimize Your Time On Social Media
These days, I don’t have to sell, convince or even post on my personal profile, because I can have FB and Instagram ads doing the work – (basically posting for me!)
#LEVERAGE!
So to save time and have a high quality of life, your online funnels and ads will be getting your information in front of laser-targeted prospects (who are already interested and ready to buy from you or join you).
You have high-converting sales and enrolling “Funnels” for your business and brand. (More on that HERE).
6. Automation For Your Employee/Team Development
A few years into my freedom business, I was making pretty good money, but I was working at least 8-10 hours/day on my business. It felt like I was stuck running on a treadmill babysitting my organization.
I couldn’t seem to make more than $8k or $9k/month as a “leader” and I stayed in that range for 3 years.
I eventually I got tired, so I invested my efforts to learn and grow in to the next phase:

Automated onboarding systems, trainings systems, Leadership development, etc.
“Digital Duplication Systems!”
You also have videos, systems, assets and leaders in place who don’t need you to be there. They don’t need you any more.
They know what to do, they’re using the system and they’re self-motivated and developed.
You’ve truly duplicated your influence and Leadership.

Now… do you have that system your leaders can use to lead, teach, automate and duplicate themselves at different levels for exponential growth?
7. Dreams – (Vision, Personal Growth & Purpose)
Ok so now you’ve built a 7-figure business… Your dream life … ?
Well, this is where normally you would go into the next phase:
“Vision, personal growth and purpose” … However…
If you are reading this, you are not “normal”. We are one percenters who already know…
“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail“
And…
“It’s not what you MAKE – It’s what you KEEP“
This next step is the most over-looked foundational principle in Financial Freedom.
It’s your TAXES.
Are you versed with tax strategies and planning? If not, you can not create wealth, and definitely not freedom.
I’m not talking about tax evasion. I’m talking about (legal) tax avoidance!
No matter which income level phase you’re at right now, it matters, and what you don’t know (and ACT on) will hurt you.

ATTENTION: The Best Job In The World Has 3 “Catches”
So What Is The Best Job In The World?
I’m sure we’ve all had the day dream or thought about it at one point…
However, the real questions is:
What would the best job be for you?
Here’s the problem:
They Asked The Wrong Questions
Remember the question? They’d ask, “What do you want to BE when you grow up?”, and we thought we had to pick something, to make our family proud…
But it is completely the wrong question.
It’s not about what you want to be, or what everyone thinks you should have.
The Real Question Is…
“What Do I Want My Life To Be LIKE?”
Here’s why..
Pretty much every time I’m on a coaching call with a high-end professional, I’ll ask them this question…
“So ok yes, you want to make more money, but what if you ALREADY made WAY TOO MUCH MONEY and you had ALL the TIME in the world… THEN what would you do with your day?”
“What’s your ultimate dream? What’s important to you?”
And you know what they say?
95% of the time, their answer is, “Wow, that’s a good question. I’ve never thought about that before.”
And my reply is, “Well shit, how are you ever supposed to get there if you don’t even know where you’re going?
And so my point is, there must be three things in place:
Your Destination
The “Vehicle” that will get you there.
A proven plan.
Now, for me, the best job in the world became my brand and Home Business(es), helping other people get what they want…
I wanted to be home and have quality time traveling with my family. So the vehicle needed to be something like working from a laptop and a smartphone, from anywhere in the world…
But there’s a catch, or three!
Before I Even Knew What Home Business Was About, I Immediately Asked, “What’s The Catch”?
Well yes, there is a catch! In fact, there are a few:
It’s Not For Everybody:

There are two types of people in this world. Those who think the glass is half empty, and those who think the glass is half full.

So the catch is that anyone can “get in”, so there is a high failure rate. Same as in traditional business, 9 out of 10 businesses fail, and the business owner will blame anything else except themselves (bad economy, customers, location, etc.) for why the business failed. (I almost went down this path by the way).

Also, most people have no business being in business. The reason is because the majority of people are “motivate-able”, (instead of self-motivated).

Many others don’t even believe they can retire early or make a million dollars per year and it’s “too good to be true”, (but that’s only true for them because of that mindset!) lol

Closed-mindedness:

Another big catch is that people are extremely skeptical run around making snap (un-educated) decisions. It’s not even their fault, we all do it!

We say “no” before we even KNOW what we’re saying “no” to, and we’ve all been programmed to stick to what we know, because we don’t wanna have to “start from scratch”.

Other people just can’t take rejection. I was closed-minded and skeptical, so I thought everyone else was going to be closed-minded and skeptical.

I was wrong.

The truth is, the successful people I knew were always totally open-minded because they say yes to the information before they make their decision. This way they can make an educated decision!

People fear what they don’t know, and this can destroy your chances of success. So the key to success is to come OUT “of your “comfort zone” and make the unknown into the known!

You Have To THINK:

I then found out that it is actually harder to be your own boss and own your life than it is to HAVE a boss!

“What?” … YES, here’s the hard love truth:

It’s easier to have a boss who simply tells you what to do because you don’t really have to THINK!

When you’re your own boss, you have to think and grow bigger than the problems and challenges that come up when you grow!

Growth can be very uncomfortable, even painful sometimes, and if you’re not willing to grow into the person you need to be, then you will not attract the money that success comes along with the big challenges.

Can you inspire yourself daily, or hourly, for free, to do things that are “uncomfortable”, even if you really don’t want to do them?

Can you really get out of your “comfort zone” and learn what you have to learn without someone breathing down your neck or threatening to FIRE you if you don’t?

The catch is, when you have a job, you motivation because you work from a space of fear…. the fear of being fired.

But when you have your own business, there’s no boss to “motivate” you, so you think you have a choice on whether you want to do the work or not!

And most entrepreneurs choose to avoid the “uncomfortable” work activities that make money come in! lol
So yep, in my opinion, the best job in the world is working at home, where you decide your own hours, follow your passions and being creative, but do you really have what it takes?

Are you scared of failure, rejection, risk, or other people’s opinions? If you are, then entrepreneurship is not for you!
But Can You Step Toward Your Fears?
Imagine having total time freedom and monetizing your passions….

Imagine not having to wake up to an alarm clock, being able to “take the day off” any time YOU choose, with absolutely no notice!

Imagine no more boss, telling you when you can eat lunch, when you can go to the bathroom, or how much you are worth…

Imagine the limitless earning potential, with no “salary cap”, and making money while you sleep.

Have you ever woke up to open an email that told you that you had more money in the bank than you did yesterday or last night? I can’t tell you how blessed I feel. I so wish I could transfer this feeling into everyone.

I hear it every day. People complain about the prices of movies, gas, coffee, food, etc.Â But why don’t we check our TAXES?

If you don’t have much money, I recommend using The Business of the 21st Century – Network Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Internet Marketing.

It’s not easy, but it’s SIMPLE, and when you work, you profit. After you profit, you invest.

After you invest, you’ll have multiple streams of income, for a financial fortress around you and your family that nothing can penetrate, and you’ll be making money while you sleep.

Yes, this sounds like a “catch phrase” and maybe even “too good to be true”, but this is only the case for those who don’t have a belief level in themselves high enough to know they can live at the “next level”.

For those with desire to “make money while you sleep“, it is way easier to create than you would think. There are many proven systems and courses, right here on this site, that you can discover, implement, and even teach.

#3.Work Harder On Yourself Than You Do At Your Job: (There’s a CATCH)

Now I’m not smarter or more courageous than anyone at all, but I know that the keys to my success were that I’m not attached to money, (so I’m not scared of risking it).

I don’t care what other people think about me, and that I don’t quit anything until I’m really good at it.

I was committed to my dream, and didn’t let anyone talk me out of believing in myself.

I didn’t “try” to do it, or “get around to doing it”. I just committed to getting it DONE, now matter what, by doing whatever it takes.

So now when you’re your own boss and you want to own yourÂ life, you must be disciplined and self-motivated to learn, grow, and THINK, which is much harder to do than just “do what you’re told” (by a boss).

In a job, you are only motivated by fear. Yes, it is very powerful, and makes you move. If you don’t even like your job, but you have a family to support, you’ll still do the work, simply out of the fear of being fired.

The low risk and huge upside potential of Direct Sales, Home Business, Internet Marketing, etc., was the number one thing that helped me keep my lifestyle, so I can be there, present with my family.

Nothing else really worked for me, nor did I have passion for it.

Do you know the biggest regrets people have, when they’re in their last days? It’s always,Â “I wish I would have been able to spend more TIME with my friends, traveling, and having more quality time with family.”

One thing people have never wished for is, “I wish I would have worked more!”.
