I’ll tell you why I only deal with today’s ‘newschool’ business models:

You see, businesses are purely about numbers. The number that is the killer to any business (and will kill even non-business owners) is the numero UNO (1)! What does that mean? It means that nothing is going to hurt you MORE than relying on only ONE of ANYthing. For example, one income source/stream. Or one customer that accounts for most of your sales. Take a job, for instance – If you only have a job to support you and/or your family, and no other way of bringing the income in, and that J.O.B. is taken from you, you’re up the creek without a paddle! One is crazy and DANGEROUS to put your family in a situation like that. This is why having a home-based business is so important. Especially with today’s uncertain economy. The economy goes nuts, constantly up and down, with no “security”. If you think your J.O.B. is truly “secure”, have fun in fantasy land! Unfortunately, people are still programmed to think they have security if they have a “good job” when nothing could be further from the truth. If you rely on a job and lose it, any money will be gone faster than you can react.  Your family is vulnerable. The average family is only 2-3 paychecks from being bankrupt. You will be forced to take whatever you can get, which won’t be great at all -most likely something you HATE doing. But… If you have a job AND are working a business on the side, you’re gonna have total control. You’re life won’t be in someone ELSE’S hands! You can use your home business income to help take the load (or just take your biz full-time and not even go back to the dead-end J.O.B.!). Whats my big “point”? Don’t make dangerous daily decisions, relying on the number ONE. If you rely on the number ONE for any longer, there is no chance for freedom or wealth for you in your lifetime. Especially in business.
